CUSTOM ESL PROGRAMS FOR GROUPS
Custom ESL programs for groups are designed so that schools or other organizations can send a group of international students to the US for focused language training. Offered by some community colleges, universities and language institutes, custom English programs are designed according to each different group's needs, as explained by the group-organizer. Custom English programs for groups often combine formal English as a second language (ESL) classroom teaching with extra-curricular and social activities. ESL schools offering these programs will usually have class size restrictions, with both a minimum (around 10-15) and maximum number of students permitted. This size restriction prevents the custom classes from becoming too large, or from being too small. Custom ESL programs for groups usually involve short-term courses, and start dates depend on the requirements of the group. Beginner to advanced level custom courses are available, according to the group needs.
