F-1 STUDENT VISA
F-1 student visas are required for international students coming to the US to study. Issued by US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), this visa may also allow an international student to work while attending school, depending on the circumstances.

International students must be accepted to a USCIS-approved American high school, university, community college, Christian college or career college in order to apply for an F-1 student visa. The application must be completed and submitted to your nearest US consulate along with the necessary fees and any documentation requested by visa-officer.
